Dr. Ming Xu - Director (Operation)
Dr. Xu is a results-driven Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience shaping Australia's infrastructure landscape. His career has been built on partnering with government bodies and leading local contractors to successfully tender for and deliver major projects. He specializes in managing risk across the entire project lifecycle-from tender and delivery to variation management. His current focus is on driving innovation through R&D, strategic capital investment, and the commercialisation of advanced technologies to enhance the efficiency and capability of the Australian infrastructure sector.
Shen Li - Director (Compliance)
Having experience working as a lawyer in both Chinese and Australian jurisdiction, Shen is the expert to build up the bridge between Chinese manufacture powers to Australian market standards. Shen has over 10 years' experience in property development and now working as the director for GNS construction group (DBU).
Louis Xu - Director (Operation)
Louis has worked in government founded projects in biomedical filed and is an expert in intellectual property. With his expertise, PROMOD has developed our various unique IPs that differentiate us from other modular house providers. In addition, Louis has works in relation to Code Marks and Australian Standards compliance which are critical to our success.
